We were inspired by the recognised energy efficiency chart as the basis for our colour coded imagery, ranging from red (bad) to green (good).

We advised on photography and applied the new images to stationery, postcards and website.

    Featured are conceptual designs and the approved versions of series of leaflets for the Greenwich CASH (Contraception and Sexual Health) services, one for an under 25's audience (love-birds), second, for adults (ladybirds), third, for Gynae clinic (swan) and fourth, for Sexual Problems clinic (butterfly). We worked with an existing name and logo and feedback from focus groups.

    Miller designed the new identity for the CSD, she said, ‘It was a great honour to be asked to undertake the design for the professional body for designers, and while being incredibly excited I was also aware of the responsibility I was taking on in developing a new phase of the Society's heritage.’ Miller invited illustrator Chris Mitchell to develop a new illustrative identity to establish the current position and help take the CSD brand into the future.

Our brief was to keep them simple, uncluttered and stylish, so we borrowed interest from world luminaries and icons like Kennedy and Einstein, featuring large mezzotints of their famous faces and tasteful type cameos of their respected words.     Sparklysmile is a family run dental practice situated in the heart of Blackheath Village for over 40 years. Phil Eisenberg wanted a welcoming site that wasn’t like pulling teeth to get into and was easy to read. He wanted to convey modernity, affability and positivity, because modern dentistry doesn’t have to be a pain.     Nehemiah is a charity set up to help people overcome life controlling issues and go on to fulfil their potential in life, we re-designed the brand identity and website. The bespoke logotype based on the font Fritz Quadrata mirrors the angle and curved fingers on the N shaped hand logo. The hand imagery relates to Nehemiah rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem with his own hands, and is an evolution of the existing symbol.

    We have designed a series of signs to raise the profile of the 'New Directions', re-hab programme being run in Wandsworth Prison by the Nehemiah Project. These are based on inspirational quotations (used in the programme) laser cut out of wood and stuck to bright perspex, to stand out on the bare white prison walls.

The overall Retro look and feel of our branding and website design, uses distinctive fonts and Victorian etchings, in easy-on-the-eye colours, to give the brand a unique personality and good old-fashioned heritage.     Oxleas NHS FT provides mental health and learning disability services in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich and specialist services to Lewisham. Each of the nine key services, required a 2m square poster to be used at their annual members meeting held at the O2. We worked closely with focus groups to design the 'board game' theme.

    Oliver McHugh has been an Estate Agent in Kentish Town for over 20 years. He came to us for a rebranding exercise and a new website. In creating the new identity we wanted to put across an unpretentious simplicity and the local familiarity that comes with being called by a Christian name. The new design echoes this unfussiness with the design of the apostrophe joining with the shape of the ‘r’ (based on a standard ligature). Lettering by Alan Demspey.

    Ebw occupy a prestigious warehouse studio in Shad Thames. They wanted to ‘stand out’, but also ‘blend in’. Some illustrations hanging on the wall of their office led the signage solution, a ‘see-through’ wrought iron caricature style hanging sign. The new logo was based on the obvious requirement of explaining who the ‘e’, ‘b’ and ‘w’ in the company name, actually are. We used signatures, which also emphasized the personal touch the firm prides itself on offering. No longer live.

    The Big Chalet Company came to us with a challenge – to add an extra, dimension to the traditional concept of an Alpine chalet. Our brief was therefore to create a website that was welcoming, yet conveyed the idea that The Big Chalet offered its guests a superior experience – and not just during the skiing season. It began with the design of the logo, which features a glass of wine with the liquid level set at the jaunty angle of a challenging Alpine ski slope. No longer live.

    The market dictated that the new logo should include, as formerly, some representation of a traditional sailing ship. Our solution links the ship into the main Delaforce logotype and introduces a new emphasis on the name of George Delaforce, forgotten in the previous labels. His signature now becomes a distinctive embossing on every bottle, so as to create a powerful token of brand heritage.

    Woolley Grange is one man’s very personal vision of the kind of hotel that a well-heeled family would want to visit for a weekend in the country. The brochure we created for him is just a single sheet, decorated with images in an informal scrapbook style and written and signed as a personal message from the client. What was conceived as a cost-effective solution for the initial launching of the venture is, after some years of very successful business, still the brochure that the hotel uses.

    One of the jewels in the Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky portfolio is The Glenlivet and its famous distillery, the first Highland distillery to be granted a licence in 1824. So for the event that marked the completion of renovations, we designed this press pack based on the local newspaper as it might have appeared on the historic date, with appropriate news articles written in the style of the time. We carried the period theme through into handwritten invitations, menus, etc for the celebration event.

    Lavish production was the order of the day for the customer education kit that was the key tool for the  launch of Royal Salute 100 Cask Selection. The product education kit was in effect a packaging exercise in its own right, cased in a blue cube box that reflects the affluent spirit of the blue product flagon. The box contains five aged whisky samples, tasting mat and tasting note card, plus a brochure designed around lavish photography and minimal text printed in gold.

    Marston Vale Country Park is a 250 hectare area of conserved woodland, wetlands and grasslands. Focal point of the park is the Marston Vale Forest Centre with an exhibition that explains how animal and plant life is being introduced to the area after years of industrial mistreatment. Miller designed all of the graphic elements within the exhibition. As well as, all supporting literature, exterior signage and press advertising.

    An uncompromising 88-page hardback production, presenting the credentials of long-time Docklands developer Andrew Wadsworth and his current business vehicle Waterhouse, in support of development proposals for the town of Dorchester. The project proved a fine test of Miller’s print-management capabilities. Artwork and production were completed in an extraordinary two-week period.

    Singular Travel is a an online travel specialist dedicated to achieving a better deal for all people who travel on their own. Our branding concept draws its inspiration from a golden age of travel which is complemented by 20’s art deco style typography. The supporting printed stationery uses a high quality 100% cotton paper stock. Rubber stamps, designed to underline the company philosophy, are then stamped onto each stationery item by hand, allowing the client to personalise each letter. No longer live.

    The Mas de Burle is a lovingly renovated private property set in a very priviledged and secluded location in Provence. It was our task to create a website and brochure that would attract the exclusive clientele to which this offer is addressed. Miller was fortunate to have the people in place for a quick and efficient gathering of story and photos. Copywriter Mark Brutton lives not far from the property and photographer Jon Wyand was in the region to photograph French vineyards, which is his speciality. No longer live.
