So it is with Bid & Borrow, a new kind of website that encourages us all to allow others to share what we have for a modest, affordable consideration rather than pay full market price. Bid & Borrow’s elementary philosophy is don’t acquire, hire. The overall Retro look and feel of our branding and website design, uses distinctive fonts and Victorian etchings, in easy-on-the-eye colours, to give the brand a unique personality and good old-fashioned heritage. The calmness of the design balances out the fact we have no control over the images the users will be uploading. Adrian Press has written all the words, cleverly bringing Bid & Borrow to life with a main proposition that asks: Why splash the cash when you can Bid and borrow? We suspect retail therapy will never be the Web development by the ITRM Group. |
